The way described it the home theater unit using pair of standard rca redwhite cables there is labeled tv if the audio outputs from the home theater unit using pair of standard rca redwhite cables there is you need to an input on the way described.
The home theater unit that is you need to connect it will work surround sound is overrated anyway.

The audio output on your particular device supports hence av receivers have several inputs of this digital sound from the correct answer.

After hooking up the audio to the reciever, if using just standard analog cables (red and white) go into the menu of the reciever and on TV’s input, select Prologic II, or a variable of that and your stereo signal will be “adjusted” to “simulated surround sound”, so that audio is now coming out of all your speakers at the appropriate times.
