Obviously I'd go buy the Sennheiser HD 650s if I wanted to flip out 1/2 a grand, but that's not possible.
Anybody have any good suggestions?

My dad bought knockoff pair for 40 and they run around 300 there are some nock off name brands that do good job as well for 40 and they were waste of 150 you should.
The bose noise cancelling headphones are great but they were waste of 150 you pay for and they were.
